Return Policies
On free promotional merchandise absolutely no refund. If a free CD is damaged you may return it and we will exchange it. Free posters are “as is” condition, no exchanges or refunds. If merchandise is damaged during shipping, send back item in its box and copy of your receipt, we will exchange the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
For clothing items we will make exchanges for color or size. If item is unavailable we will provide store credit or refund your purchase price minus shipping.
We will replace Defective Items
For Downloadable material no refund shall be given because digital material has already been transmitted.
Shipping
We ship orders via The United States Postal Service (USPS). Allow 3-5 days.
International Orders

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by phone or by email within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges
